On 11/7/09, in San Diego, California, the Custom Homebuilders Committee of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) named Payne & Payne Builders as its 2009 National Custom Home Builder of the Year. We are only the 4th company in the nation to receive the highest honor bestowed by the NAHB for custom home building. It is given yearly to one builder the committee thinks has excelled in customer satisfaction, quality, and consistent service, and who is actively involved in their community and industry.

The Washington D.C. based NAHB represents over 200,000 members in the home building industry, including thousands of custom home builders. Measured against the best in our industry across the entire nation, Payne & Payne Builders is proud and thankful to receive such a prestigious award. We look forward to continuing to represent our industry, our team, and our clients in the manner consistent with the qualities and attributes represented by this award.
